Heard 'Em Say, the youth arts collective founded in 2007 by Water "Wally B" Jennings to give the youngs an avenue for artistic expression — and which you might've seen at CL's GASP! events over the years — is turning 12 and celebrating with a show and poetry slam this Friday, May 31 at Tampa's Inkwell Centre.
