Sure, this Seminole Heights neighborhood bar has a buzzing atmosphere and a cool outdoor patio that doubles as a music venue. But the dignitaries we roll with tell a deeper story of Red Star Rock Bar. You know that drunken slip-up we’ve all had once or twice: not closing your tab? Red Star has — not once, but a few times — returned our cards without any questionable charges. Not to mention, the crew has been friendly and courteous during our awkward trek back to the bar the following day. Them’s bonus points in our book. —Chris Fasick
