Known for its decadent and creative combinations, Torchy’s signature, and most acclaimed, taco is its Trailer Park taco with fried chicken, green chiles, lettuce, pico de gallo, cheddar jack cheese and poblano sauce—don’t forget to make it “trashy” by replacing the lettuce with green chile queso.

During Taffer’s stint at Cerealholics, the bar ditched its nostalgic-centered theme for a more modern approach under The Loft Elevated Bar + Food.
