• Moat Water, a beer made with a touch of water from the gross-ass Skatepark of Tampa sewer moat (and one of the more coveted Cigar City Brewing stouts), has been revived to celebrate the park's 25th anniversary. CL can confirm that it does indeed taste a little like "all-you-can-eat chocolate chip pancakes and bottomless coffee." • Yeah, there's no shortage of ugly sweater soirées going on around town. But the one that The Refinery owners Michelle and chef Greg Baker put on Saturday in Seminole Heights is basically tradition.
