The food menu includes grab-and-go items like breakfast sandwiches and a spicy vegan burrito. A variety of bowls including a parfait, Brassicas bowl and a Shakshuka bowl filled with tomato stew, runny egg, creme fraiche, smoked green olive relish, boozy yellow raisins and topped with mint and cilantro on a sourdough baguette.
Want to go a little basic? Avocado toast, as well as ricotta toast, are also available.
Booze, however, is available all day long. Bandit is serving up beermosas, mimosas and a De Muller Spritz which is made up of De Muller White Vermouth, Topo Chico with a red wine topper.
You can also grab wine by the bottle or glass, alongside draft and canned brews.
Tentatively, hours for food service will be Friday through Sunday from 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
