Beer yourself over two days during St. Petersburg’s annual Beer Project

The annual Beer Project is close to kicking off inside downtown St. Pete's Museum of Fine Arts. The event — inspired by mosaics at the museum and the ancient city of Antioch this year — celebrates professional breweries and homebrewers in the area with beer tastings, light bites and discussions with curators and beer experts Thursday through Friday.

Night 1 is driven by six new recipes from the St. Pete Home Brew Club, while USF St. Petersburg's Brewing Arts Program and locals like Green Bench Brewing Co., Rapp Brewing Company and Flying Boat Brewing Co. team up to present collaboration brews on Night 2.

In addition to the beer, guests also have access to the MFA galleries.
