Miss Tampa is what Doc B’s Fresh Kitchen and Big Top Brewing Company have dubbed their collaboration beer. And it’s a tasty-sounding one.
The duo’s custom-made and limited-time blonde ale was aged with grilled, soaked-in-mezcal pineapple. Starting this weekend, their special release — light in color with a malt and pineapple nose, as well as smokiness and slight sweetness on the finish — will be available at the International Plaza Doc B’s in $9 16-ounce pours.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone. However, those who take advantage of the Tampa restaurant’s happy hour, running 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday through Friday, can down the new brew for $3.
