A new eatery is underway at 407 S. Dale Mabry in Tampa, but other than the new sign going up on the storefront, little to no information has been shared about forthcoming Brioche Cafe & Bakery.
The website has yet to be constructed, the only available information is through the concept's Facebook page. The cafe bills itself as an innovative dining concept "surrounded by good food and good times," brought to Tampa Bay by chef Badia of Le Cordon Bleu. Although little has been shared about the menu thus far, we can expect "elevated grab and go" eats, as well as dine-in options.
The concept's social media pages have shared that the grand opening is scheduled for this month. CL has attempted to contact the owners and will update the story as more information is released.
