Located at 1106 Central Ave., the new fast-casual concept will serve up a variety of boba tea and poke bowls. Boba can be prepared in a number of ways from sweet to savory.
Although normally served up with a tea base that’s combined with milk or fruit with tapioca beads to be slurped from the bottom, Chai Mixology's colorful photos look like they may be incorporating some slushie type bubble tea for these hot temps.
You might need to invest in a wider reusable straw.
