Hot & Crazy Crab recently made its plans for Brandon official. In the Bloomingdale Plaza shopping center, there's a "coming soon" sign up for the newcomer at 133 E. Bloomingdale Ave., which will replace late sushi, ramen and hibachi joint Osaka.
According to the sign, Hot & Crazy Crab is set to feature Cajun seafood — and a bar.
The website of Hot & Crazy Crab remains in development, but so far, "favorites" on the menu are crabs, lobster, potatoes, string beans, salmon and shrimp.
Hot & Crazy Crab is the latest restaurant addition to Bloomingdale Plaza, where Holy Hog Barbecue (next-door neighbors with Hot & Crazy Crab) debuted in November.
