Wednesday is about to get real tasty. Read on for the fully loaded celebrations Bradenton’s Chicken Salad Chick and Station House in downtown St. Pete have planned for tomorrow.
The grand opening of Chicken Salad Chick in Bradenton will kick things off first at 10:30 a.m., giving the first 100 guests (who’ve downloaded the restaurant’s “Craving Credits App”) a dreamy freebie: one complimentary pound of chicken salad every week for a year. The next 99 people will also receive one free pound of chicken salad per month.
The Southern-inspired franchise’s four-day opening bash at 7350 Cortez Road W. will continue Thursday, Friday and Saturday with other giveaways, including a complimentary scoop of Classic Carol, its signature chicken salad recipe.
Later, Station House‘s new menu release party, originally scheduled for Sept. 1 but pushed back because of the weather, is set to run from 6 to 9 p.m. Large parties are asked to make reservations via email to events@stationhousestpete.com.
In addition to the menu’s “reincarnation,” guests of the St. Pete restaurant will enjoy drink specials on beer, wine and spirits, plus craft cocktails from its in-house speakeasy, God’s Waiting Room. Live music and giveaways, including the raffle of three Station House gift cards, are also in store.
