Five years after Dalmoro’s started serving fresh noodles and sauce in downtown St. Pete, the fast-casual fresh pasta spot is getting a new location and a new name.

Dalmoro’s Fresh Italian (formerly Dalmoro’s Fresh Pasta To-Go) moves to the Jannus Block at 204 1st Ave. N on May 1. The name change reflects its new menu, including new sauces, salads—and what owner David Caruso called in a press release—”a major focus” on paninos.

Opening day will be marked with a “pasta cutting” at noon next Friday.  The first 100 customers get a free pasta card for future use. The restaurant will also give away complimentary tiramisu and bagged fresh pasta.

The shop first opened at 653 Central Ave. in 2021 and closed in January after announcing the move. A second location opened in Armature Works’ Height Public Market in Tampa in 2022. A Sarasota location also opened that year, but closed in 2024.

And it’s no longer the only fast, fresh pasta concept in town. Fusillo, opened last December in the Edge District.

Dalmoro’s Fresh Italian will be open 11 a.m. -9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-2:30 a.m. Friday-Saturday in St. Petersburg.  For more information, visit dalmoros.us and follow @dalmoros.us.
