In Carrollwood, Marlow's Tavern is doing up New Orleans-inspired staples for a limited time.

The "Bayou 'n Bourbon" menu, introduced annually at Marlow's locations in Georgia and Florida, reflects Louisiana's culinary history, but with a tavern spin. Until March 29, new and signature dishes will be highlighted, including redfish po' boys, Creole-spiced lump crab dip, deconstructed jambalaya and honey-bourbon bread pudding.

A special lineup of drinks has been implemented as well. Choose from a Hurricane made in the vein of Pat O'Brien's, Southern Comfort-inflected lemonade, Abita brews and more.

The restaurant is running a few social media giveaways alongside its Big Easy offerings, including two tickets to the 2016 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival from April 29 to May 1. Diners may also enter in person at Marlow's.
