Honor the life of Irish writer James Joyce by clanking a dram (or two) with the New World Celts of Brandon during the group’s Bloomsday Whiskey Tasting.

Hosted at O’Briens Irish Pub Saturday, the celebration will highlight samples of Yellow Spot, Green Spot, Redbreast 15 and Jameson Caskmate, as well as Irish dancing, light bites by chef Brian Nakamura (red Gorgonzola potatoes are all you need to know), and fiddle music from Katherine Heffner to start the evening off.

Joyce, portrayed by Collin King, will entertain guests with the story of Bloomsday, and a selection of Cutter Cigars will also be available for purchase after the tasting.

Tickets to the limited-space tasting can be found online.
