Wondering where to eat before Monday night's National Championship face-off? Reserve a seat at 81Bay Brewing Co. and Pith and Pally's collaborative pop-up dinner, which promises to conclude before the College Football Playoff game starts.
In the South Tampa craft brewery's production facility, Flights & Bites, a beer-paired dining experience, will showcase four courses of specially created interactive dishes from chef Lee Aquino of Pith and Pally — all matched with 81Bay brews.
Aquino "will play with your senses and provide an unconventional way of dining where the best ingredients, service and ambiance exist for only one night," according to the Facebook event page.
The reception kicks off at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner, an exclusive tour of the brewery and a National Championship viewing party (where half-priced flights are planned in the taproom). Tickets can be purchased online.
