Proof Cocktail Club is calling this a "Girl Gang invasion." Sidecar Jax's Shannon Pilcher and Samantha Jo Bush of Dos Gatos Jacksonville will take over the intimate downtown St. Pete bar with dreamy libations throughout.
Their specialty cocktail menu, developed especially for the Thursday night event dubbed Heaven Sent, will feature Angel's Envy-driven creations as a way to celebrate National Bourbon Heritage Month and The Arbor Day Foundation's Toast the Trees program.
For each Angel's Envy cocktail photo that's posted with the hashtag #AE4TheTrees, an American oak tree will be planted. All for the love of bourbon.
