The new drink menu is set to feature signature sips from the concept’s sister restaurants-Red Mesa and Red Mesa Cantina. One of which is the Edge of Paradise made with local Banyan Reserve vodka and rum. By the way, a full bar means the opportunity for shots, so plan your ride accordingly.
Although diners won’t be able to get their hands on freshly shaken mixed drinks until late September/early October, they can, however, take advantage of the newly added cocktails on tap like a classic margarita or hibiscus sangria. Other drink options include white and red wine alongside a lineup craft and domestic brews.
This week, Mercado is celebrating its 25th anniversary. If you haven’t been, the fast-casual joint offers up covered outdoor seating as well as pickup and delivery. When it comes to food, you can slide by for breakfast, lunch and dinner to snack on tacos, bowls and burritos. A popular specialty burrito is the Cali loaded with ground beef, french fries, beans, cheese guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo.
While you’re waiting for new cocktail options, you can snag a bite and sips from 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, and 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.
