The container concept is one of two that Tampa restaurateur Dave Burton has in Sparkman Wharf’s dining garden. The other is Flock and Stock, which opened in 2018. Burton also owns the popular Gen X Tavern less than a mile away and Tampa Pizza Company.

Beside sandwiches, the spot places an emphasis on shareable handheld eats and gourmet salads. Visitors can also find a selection of beer and wine.

Along with the sandwich spot, Sparkman Wharf is also set to welcome The Battery, Noble Rice and a new location of the Florida-based chain BurgerFi this year.
