The former star of BBQ Pitmasters and Throwdown with Bobby Flay will be slinging drinks from 8-10 p.m. for a good cause. A portion of sales will be donated to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation.

The restaurant plans on hosting more celebrities behind the bar in the future, allowing locals to get a taste of their craft cocktails, but to also get a glimpse of the new generation of hotel eateries.
