Beginning Thursday, August 8 and running through August 22, the six-course chefs tasting menu prepared by Chef Jordan Keen will be available for parties of four maximum. Due to the intricacy of the meal, only 20 people per night can partake. Some dishes on the tasting menu include diver scallops, shrimp dumplings, and foie gras prepared with Asian pear and blackberry.
Those who want to get in on the menu will be charged $100 and wine is extra upon request.
For the last 10 years, The Living Room has been a Dunedin hotspot serving up a globally inspired menu featuring small plates and including ceviche, steak tartar, and bone marrow with black chimichurri and crostinis. Entrees range from pasta dishes, to pad Thai, to decadent seafood dishes.
