Put your party hat on (and bring your bib) for the birthday celebration of a young Tampa Neapolitan pizzeria.

This first year in business for Fabrica Woodfired Pizza, opened in July 2015 in the Channel District, has flown by, according to co-owner Estefania Perez.

The restaurant serves fresh 12-inch pies — baked inside an imported Italian wood-fired oven — as well as other bites like salads, meatballs and marinated olives, and it's thrilled with the reception from the Channelside neighborhood, Perez says.

Fabrica's weekend-long party will feature $4 beers, $5 wines and $6 margherita pizzas from 11:30 a.m. Friday to 9 p.m. Sunday. Patrons may purchase raffle tickets (with the proceeds benefiting the Children's Cancer Center) throughout the three-day celebration for a chance to win prizes, including a $50 Fabrica gift card, gift basket and tickets to Fabrica's dinner collaboration with Coppertail Brewing Co. Aug. 22.

Winners of the raffle will be announced on Sunday, when diners will also enjoy live music between 5 and 8 p.m.
