Last week, Seasons 52 restaurants announced the release of their seasonal menus for fall.

Tampa's WestShore Plaza accommodates the region's Seasons 52, which changes its bill of fare four times a year.

Available through mid-November, the new menu highlights appetizers, entrees and sides, as well as a dessert, that use three fall produce offerings: mushrooms, squash and apples. Fall spices like cloves and cinnamon are also showcased.

Portobello, oyster and black trumpet mushrooms accompany Seasons 52's Oak-Grilled Filet Mignon for dinner, while lunch offers a butternut squash risotto topped with sea scallops.

One of the restaurant's signature mini indulgence desserts, a twisted apple pie of sorts, features Granny Smith apples baked with cinnamon, vanilla and brown sugar, and then dressed with steel-cut oats.
