On Monday, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar rolled out an all-night happy hour that’s available for a limited time.

The extended period of deals on bites and beverages, which coincides with the announcement of new happy hour and bar menus, highlights dishes like house-made burrata with prosciutto ($9), crispy Castelvetrano olives ($6) and beef carpaccio ($12). A quartet of handhelds is featured, too — even a $10 vegetarian-friendly mushroom and farro burger.

Ranging in price between $5 and $25, specialty cocktails, beer and wines by the glass round out the discounted lineup.

The American steakhouse chain’s all-night happy hour runs from 4 p.m. to close now through Sunday at each of its locations, including Tampa.
