Specialize in traditional breakfast and lunch fare, you can find all of the classics as well as some selections with a bit of a twist. For instance, you can opt for a plain stack of pancakes or choose from flavorful combos like the Fat Elvis made with peanut butter chips, bananas, chipped bacon with a peanut butter drizzle. Buckle up, people.
There's also a lineup of french toast options from fruity (blueberry almond and bananas foster) to a colorful plate of Cap'n Crunch battered and rolled in Crunch Berries cereal topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, bananas and vanilla glaze.
You can also snag Belgian waffles, omelets, skillets, breakfast burritos, eggs benedict and handhelds. There are healthy-focused, vegetarian and gluten-free options on the menu as well.
Not into breakfast eats? There's also salad, sandos, wraps and loaded burgers on the menu. From the B.B.Q. Burger with melted cheddar, applewood bacon, onion straws, barbecue sauce, lettuce and tomato to a Beyond Burger on a toasted brioche bun, there's something for everyone.
As far as sips go, the cafe has coffee, tea, fountain sodas and juices. If you're trying to get your buzz on, CRC is set to serve up local beers, mimosas and BYO mimosa kits
The chain also has locations coming along throughout the sunshine state including a storefront debuting within the coming weeks in St. Johns. More details to come on CRC's ninth location on Gandy Blvd. as renovations begin and an opening date is announced. But if you're itching for a taste, there is a Brandon cafe stationed at 10254 Causeway Blvd.
