This year, Food & Wine Magazine is letting the people decide who deserves the title of 'Best New Chef' in their publication. They're letting folks vote online for the "chef whose restaurant has most significantly stirred your soul and your palate" in Food & Wine's The People's Best New Chef 2011.
Voters can choose from the ten chefs nominated from the ten regions of the U.S.: Great Lakes, Gulf Coast (that includes us here in FL), Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, New England, New York Area (yes, the Big Apple gets its own category), Northwest, Pacific, Southeast, and the Southwest. The chef who receives the most votes overall will win the title and be featured in the July 2011 issue of Food & Wine.
