Crab cakes are a much sought after and cherished dish here in Florida by locals and tourists alike. Unfortunately, I have often been disappointed by my findings, usually due to the crab cakes having too much filler (i.e., breadcrumbs) and worse yet, being deep fried. This recipe is easy on the breadcrumbs and they are pan seared, letting the crab flavor shine through.
