Rather than springing for a rideshare app, you can snag a designated driver ticket for whoever draws the short straw for this year's Margarita Wars, CL's annual battle of the summer tequila favorite. Those who aren't drinking can still enjoy music, bites and live entertainment throughout the event at TPepin's Hospitality Centre.

Margarita Wars will be hosted by Master Chef Season 8 competitor, Jeff Philbin.

For those who came to drink, tickets include unlimited samples of margaritas crafted by 20 bars and restaurants throughout Tampa Bay. All of the margaritas will be created with Altos Tequila, and each competitor will have to add their own signature twist.

Each attendee will receive a token to vote for the best marg in the house.

General admission tickets let attendees sip and mingle from 7-10 p.m.

VIP tickets include early entry from 6-7 p.m., a VIP-only area featuring a Build-Your-Own Nacho Bar by Fuzzy's Taco Shop, one beer, one shaved ice margarita crafted with Doggery Craft Ice + Altos Tequila, a VIP lanyard, and a $25 voucher for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

So maybe a little gambling after?
