The latest micro-brewery in town will produce around 5,000 barrels of booze annually.
The restaurant will also boast an open-air courtyard and a beer garden.
The second story will also feature a terrace for outdoor seating.
Before you worry about parking, there will be a lot built out behind the brewery to accommodate guests.
