Ah shit, SoFresh is on an expansion rampage, bringing chef-crafted grain and salad bowls to Carrollwood, Westshore and Lakeland this fall.
The concept currently has 12 locations throughout the Sunshine State and Pennsylvania with several others in development.
After securing franchise partners, the Tampa-based fast-casual restaurant was finally able to dive headfirst into the markets that have been on its list for a hot minute.
“We are excited to bring SoFresh to Carrollwood and Lakeland with our flavorful and nutritious meals. Both markets have been on our radar for quite some time,” John Williams Jr., founder and partner/vice president operations, wrote in a release, which added that a previously-announced Westshore location is still in the works.
Speaking of nutritional meals, diners can snag bowls like the vegan Superfood loaded with red quinoa, brown rice, broccoli, tomatoes, walnuts, avocado and balsamic vinaigrette. There’s also a selection of wraps like the Boca Fiesta with brown rice, baby spinach, onions, corn, tomatoes, jalapenos, mushrooms, goat cheese, sweet chili in a multigrain wrap with the option of adding grass-fed steak. The menu accommodates all dietary preferences from vegan and vegetarian to gluten-free eats.
The Carrollwood location is coming along 14398 N. Dale Mabry Hwy in the Shoppes of Carrollwood, a plazathat already includes a 4 Rivers BBQ location plus Five Guys and Starbucks.
“We think this is a perfect location in Carrollwood,” adds Williams Jr. “We’ll be a nice complement to the other tenants.”
Not too far away is the SoFresh setting up shop in Westshore Town Center, while the Lakeland location is stationed at 4756 Florida Ave. S. within the Lake Miriam shopping center.
More details to come as official opening dates are announced for each location.
