Benstock and his team have a five-course, wine-paired tasting menu planned, which is set to spotlight the chef's culinary journey, roots and love for modern Italian. Dishes include American red snapper crudo with smoked tomato water, summer beans and pickled eggplant as well as lemon verbena sorbet with preserved star fruit, vanilla bean and pecan crumble.
Those who are interested in making the journey can still reserve a table online. Otherwise, kick it on the couch with a bowl of popcorn and your laptop.
