More than one coffee trike? Check.

A vintage flower shop on wheels? Posies has it covered.

What about a bar that can roll up to all sorts of events — even neighborhood block parties? Hub Tap, which this food editor recently stumbled upon online, now fills that niche in Tampa Bay.

Operating out of a simply styled retro horse trailer, the mobile event company that is Hub Tap bills itself as a roaming bartending service. The crew of two to three professional bartenders sets up at birthdays, weddings, corporate shindigs and the like, serving up your alcohol of choice on tap.

There’s a four-tap draft system inside the horse trailer that pours everything from craft beer and wine to non-alcoholic options such as soda and coffee. Accepting bookings for 2018, Hub Tap will even bring bottled wine and signature cocktails — plus drinking essentials like tumblers, straws and garnishes — along for the ride.

Florida law and licensing requirements prevent the company from selling alcohol directly to us partygoers, according to its website. But event organizers have two options: partner with Hub Tap’s preferred vendors on the beer and wine selection (at a discount), or bring the stash themselves.

Yes, Hub Tap is a fun, new, customizable service. But bottom line: I really just wanted to share my latest booze-related discovery with someone else — and also brag s’more about how groovy this place we call home is.

Keep the mobile awesomeness comin’.
