This isn’t your average scoop: Snobachi in Ybor is serving up ice cream that is packed with Carolina Reaper and Mad Gog 357 hot sauce, called the Reaper Roll.
Sounds painful, but if you can eat a roll of the ice cream and keep it down, you win free ice cream for a year.
And you’ll need it starting right after this challenge.
On the Scoville heat scale, this roll of ice cream lands at the 9 million mark, leaving that One Chip Challenge in the dust at 1.9 million.
Before you go running off to take this challenge head-on, contestants must sign a waiver before even taking a bite. Just in case someone really loses it, employees will be on high alert to call 911. Contestants can also ask for milk if the heat is too intense.
