City Festivals is hosting the Florida Vegan “Gourmet” Festival at USF Botanical Gardens on Thursday, July 27 from 4-8:30 p.m.
Attendees will be able to sample and meet local chefs who are exploring veganism.
The evening will include demos showing how to prepare intricate plant-based dishes, as well as a meditation session within the gardens.
There will also be vendors on-site who will be selling vegan-friendly wares including art, textile, as well as an organic farmers market.
For the next two days, tickets for general admission are just $5; kids 12 and under are free.
