An old SunTrust Bank site at 301 38th Ave. N. — located in the bustling Fourth Street North area of St. Petersburg — will become the home of Kahwa Coffee's first St. Pete drive-through location. The Northeast neighborhood café, slated to open in August, marks the ninth location for coffee couple owners Raphael and Sarah Perrier.

"This particular location has been on our radar for years," Raphael said in a news release.

Part drive-through, part walk-up coffeehouse, the Kahwa will feature stylish indoor and outdoor seating like its older siblings.

The local roastery's other soon-to-open locations in Westchase and Sarasota plan to open in late July and early August.
