Today is the day for The Joinery food hall to make its debut and give Tampa Bay new eats that are worth a miniature road trip up I-4.

The latest food hall—located at 640 E. Main St. in Lakeland—is stocked with seven food & drink vendors, and one just for smells, but all stalls are worthy of an Instagram post.

You'll recognize some familiar names on the food lineup thanks to Tampa OGs like Gallito (taqueria), King State (coffee, teas, breakfast and small plates) and Ava (Neapolitan-style pizza.)

Other vendors on the list include sushi burrito and poke bowl joint Ato and artisan ice cream shop Mayday, Sabu serves up traditional Japanese bowls and shareable snacks, while the Super Duper Spot slings hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and hand-cut fries. You can also slide by Bloom Shakalaka's flower bar for those aforementioned smells.

Hours for The Joinery are 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Mon.-Thurs., 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Fri.-Sat., 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. Sun. Hours may vary according to vendor.
