Now through Sept. 19, because it's hot out here in Tampa Bay, Burger 21 has three limited-edition milkshakes up for grabs. There's key lime pie and a pineapple upside-down version, plus apple crumble, which wouldn't be this food editor's first pick, but, hey, it's your summer.
The trio is part of the Tampa-based fast-casual burger franchise's Summer Shake Up promotion. Normally, the Burger 21 menu showcases 11 shakes, ranging from signature to classic flavors.
Burger 21 operates locally in Westchase, Carrollwood, New Tampa, St. Petersburg and at Tampa International Airport. However, the two TIA locations aren't serving any limited-edition shakes.
