Tickets to an upcoming table-to-farm dinner featuring Rooster & the Till are still up for grabs.

The popular Seminole Heights restaurant has joined forces with Outstanding in the Field, an outdoor farm dining series, for a second year to showcase the talent of Tampa Bay on Brooksville’s Beasley Farms. Started in 1999, the dining experience takes place at a long table on farms around the continent, and the limited-seating feast at Beasley is planned for 2 p.m. Jan. 25.

“Being able to participate one time is an honor but to be asked to come back again for the second time is truly humbling,” said Rooster & the Till co-owner chef Ferrell Alvarez in a statement. “Having Joanna Beasley open her farm up so that we may collaboratively tell a story about this state we love is an honor.”

According to Alvarez, braised Providence Cattle Company beef shanks, the veggies of Uriah’s Urban Farms, and baked goods from Jamison B. Breadhouse Bakes are a few of the local products guests will taste over three courses — all paired with wines from Rooster & the Till co-owner Ty Rodriguez.

This year’s long-table event will also offer passed appetizers of foie ganache, Florida fish cruo and eggplant “ham” as well as two craft beers from Hidden Springs Ale Works in Tampa Heights. And dessert (lemon olive oil chiffon cake with rosemary pine nut caramel, vanilla compressed strawberries, chamomile custard and Valrhona pearls) will be served with pressure-brewed iced coffee from Tampa’s Commune + Co.

Starting at $190, tickets to Outstanding in the Field can be purchased online.
