As the holiday approaches, those who religiously celebrate National Weed Day should check out the "4/20 Sesh" that Mad Beach Craft Brewing Company has planned.
Hungry (err… yeah, we'll say hungry) patrons can look forward to a special "Munchie Menu," starting at 11 a.m. Wednesday, of stoner-friendly items like create-your-own mac 'n' cheese and Wake & Bake Chicken — an oven-roasted, Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch-crusted chicken breast with a Yoo-hoo cream sauce.
And of course, what is a 4/20 hangout without a "pot" brownie for dessert?
The brownie's description reads: "Fudge brownie smothered in Oscuro and mint chocolate ganache. Served a la mode with toasted coconut ice cream." Whoa, baby.
In addition to the all-day eats, the Madeira Beach brewery will also release a new session IPA brewed with hemp called La La La. Later in the day, local reggae band Tropical Disturbance is set to follow suit with fresh material at 6 p.m.
