With ordering in at an all-time high, mobility at a low, Herbalife Nutrition Distributor and Coach Xaviera Zientek is opening up Yummè, a health-focused cafe. Coming along at 2942 49th St. N. in St. Pete, Yummè offers up healthy shakes, energizing teas, “guilt-free desserts, and good vibes.”

Yummè’s social media teases menu items like protein waffles, meal replacement shakes, pink lemonade tea, and a gluten-free vanilla ice cream shake. The concept is also set to host a specialty iced coffee bar.

Zientek, a second-generation St. Pete resident, has always wanted to open something that was a local neighborhood hub that was healthier. On a phone call with CL, the coach and Yummè founder explained that she supports local whenever possible, and she wanted to create a no-pressure space for the community. All products on the menu are Herbalife, "I describe this menu as if Weight Watchers and Smoothie King had a baby,"  Zientek said with a laugh.

The family-friendly shop will also be offering curbside and local deliveries. For those looking to get a little sweat on post-shake, Zientek plans to host fitness classes for all levels. This concept echoes the same core values and offerings as Anthem House in Clearwater owned by Heralife Distributor Anabel Ottersbach and her husband David.

You can follow along with Yummè’s demo via Instagram (@yumme.stpete). More details to come on offerings as the opening date approaches.
