A new salad-based concept, Greenstock is now in soft opening stages at 449 Central Ave. within the former Kalamazoo Olive Oil Company space.
The owners of Il Ritorno, Erica and David Benstock have joined forced with Hype Group owner Brooke Boyd, alongside the owner of Boyd Construction Peter Boyd.
“Downtown St. Pete has been waiting for a healthy, high-quality salad option like this, and we are excited to partner with David and Erica to bring this concept to life,” shared the Boyds in a statement.
The menu will center around fresh ingredients and house-made dressings, which accompany chef-inspired salads and paninis.
Customers can choose from seven custom salads, alongside build-your-own salads and wraps. Prices range from $9-$13.50 before add-ons. The build-your-own options will allow Greenstock customers to choose from a salad bar consisting of six lettuce options, a slew of proteins and grain options, and more than 20 fruit and vegetable options, along with an assortment of house-made dressings.
One of the custom salads is the Sweet Tooth, with a baby arugula and spinach base loaded with strawberries, apple, feta or goat cheese, sunflower seeds, tomato, figs and dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.
Hours for soft opening stages of Greenstock are 11 a.m.-8 p.m. daily. Just a heads up, Greenstock will be closed Sunday, December 15 and Sunday, December 22.
