It’s happening. The second location for Noble Crust is gearing up to open its doors to hungry Wesley Chapel diners in mid-July. Benefiting the Florida Hospital, a VIP preview on July 15 is set to precede the casual, modern restaurant’s Shops at Wiregrass launch at 28330 Paseo Drive.

Alongside an open kitchen, social tables and a bar that pours craft beer, cocktails and wines on tap, the new Noble Crust — whose flagship opened to St. Petersburg with seasonal Italian and Southern soul in early 2015 — features outdoor seating for 56 people on its patio, plus room for 166 inside.

“We’re excited to bring our independent eatery concept to a growing neighborhood in Tampa,” according to a statement from co-founder TJ Thielbar. “This is a flourishing area, and we’re looking forward to growing our success in this community.”

Rob Reinsmith, who St. Pete customers should be familiar with, serves as executive chef at both restaurants, while his brother Colin has been named chef de cuisine.

Update: On the heels of this Wesley Chapel announcement, it appears a third Noble Crust is coming to Tampa’s Carrollwood neighborhood, with an opening at 11618 N. Dale Mabry Highway slated for fall. Back in January, co-owner Jeff Strouse told CL that the restaurant was looking into Carrollwood next.
