Forget about taps. Brick & Mortar has another kind of takeover planned for next week.

Between 5 and 10 p.m. June 14, the downtown St. Pete restaurant will introduce its first installment of Takeover Tuesday, a special event that replaces the regular B&M bill of fare with a new one.

The inaugural takeover will showcase an Asian-inspired lineup with bold flavor; B&M chef Jason Ruhe and Atlanta chef Shane Devereux collaboratively constructed the menu together. Alongside a selection of beer and wine, the restaurant also promises warm bowls of noodley nourishment and house-made condiments.

Look out for more scheduled Takeover Tuesdays in the future.
