A new pub is taking over the former digs of The Wild Rover Brewery.

The Odessa craft brewery, which Derek and Ricky Wells established at 8740 N. Mobley Road, is set to move into a larger facility in Tampa's Westchase neighborhood. The building at 13921 Lynmar Blvd. will allow the brewery to reach a wider audience and fulfill the increasing demand for its beer, according to its website.

Though The Wild Rover's relocation seems bittersweet, The Rover's Return Pub — the concept coming into the brewery's nearly three-year home — isn't letting beer lovers go thirsty. The pub plans to celebrate its opening and The Wild Rover's move with a party on Saturday.

The gathering's tap list will include The Wild Rover's Beverley pilsner, St. Pete Brewing Company's Grateful Stout and Oskar Blues Brewery's Old Chub Scottish strong ale, while offerings like Blackthorn Dry Cider and Abbot Ale will be offered in cans. Patrons will also find grub from The Dude and His Food mobile kitchen.
