It's official. Bulla Gastrobar's Tampa location has revealed its opening date to the public as Wednesday. The casual, contemporary Spanish restaurant is part of The Morrison, a new mixed-use SoHo development at 930 S. Howard Ave.
Featuring a communal atmosphere and rooftop bar, Bulla specializes in tapas and is inspired by the gastrobars of Spain. Drink highlights include a varied beer and wine selection, specialty cocktails and made-to-order sangria.
The dining spot's hours of operation are 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to midnight Friday, 11 a.m. to midnight Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
Dinner service starts at 4 p.m. daily, while brunch is offered on weekends.
