A couple not-to-miss craft beer brunches, kicking off at 11 a.m. Sunday, in Hillsborough.

The first, Brunch & Brews, is planned for Four Stacks Brewing. Fork in the Road will be on site at the Apollo Beach brewery, serving up a brunch menu that includes eggs Benedict, a breakfast wrap and vegan waffles, plus plenty of other items.

Freshly made sangria and staple Four Stacks suds will bring the whole meal together.

Brew Bus Brewing and Cigar City Brewpub have their own beer-paired brunch in the works, too. Through Toast Brunch II, which is essentially the second installment of the duo's monthly brunch, diners will have access to a five-course spread and one alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage.

The drink list will consist of a new lavender and lychee blonde ale (a fresh brew is released at each Toast Brunch), Brew Bus beer, Florida Avenue beer and mimosas. And a fresh fruit salad, toast bar (with assorted breads, jams and butter), ahi poke tuna, asparagus orzo frittata, and imperial stout flourless chocolate soufflé cake round out the food.

Brunch costs $25 per person, and it's $10 more for those who opt for bottomless drinks.

Bonus: This third one doesn't involve brunch, but we had to share it. The Heights — Tampa Heights and Seminole Heights — have another beer-paired meal in store next week.

Called the Banshaku Beer Dinner, the event will take place inside the Hidden Spring Ale Works tasting room at 6:30 p.m. June 28. Grub from Ichicoro Ramen and Hidden Springs' never-before-released specialty brews will complement each other over four courses.

Tickets, which cost $65, are available online. Live music by Deejay Sirius will be featured as well.
