In a few hours, The Tap Room at Brooksville Brewing Company will make its debut in Spring Hill.

The tasting room of proprietor and CEO Keith Krueger's brewery at 1316 Commercial Way has been operating for friends and family by invite-only for a couple weeks or so. This three-day opening weekend will allow the public to enjoy Brooksville Brewing's craft ales and lagers from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 5 to 10 p.m. Friday to Saturday.

Guests can expect Brookstone Wines, food and something-for-everyone beers brewed with traditional American methods throughout the celebration.
