Lumbre, a modern Spanish concept, will soon debut in the North Hyde Park area.
Located in the Rome Collective development, at 220 N Rome Ave, Lumbre will officially open its doors Wednesday, July 15, says restaurant group Tastes Pretty Good, which also operates Michelin-starred Rocca, Michelin-recognized Bar Terroir, and Michelin Bib Gourmand Streetlight Taco.
Details surrounding the menu and drink offerings have not been released, but according to the website, Lumbre will focus on “wood-fired grilling, traditional paella, and tapas featuring pristine seafood and imported cheeses & hams.”
Reservations are currently on OpenTable, and additional information can be found via Lumbre’s social media.
