Most new restaurants celebrate their grand openings with drink specials or BOGO deals. Palmetto’s new American restaurant Epic Eats Cafe puts those expectations aside, as a massive block party will mark its official grand opening on March 1.
This celebration includes raffles, a car show, family-friendly games, Tampa Bay-based vendors, live music, and food, of course—courtesy of Epic Eats Cafe. Don’t look for a big Epic Eats Cafe storefront, because this new restaurant is opening inside of North Manatee’s American Legion Post 309 at 2419 Bayshore Rd. in Palmetto.
This American restaurant that started as a food truck concept, has already been open for a few weeks now, putting the finishing touches on its menu. Epic Eats Cafe’s current hours are 12 p.m.- 3 p.m. Mon.-Fri.—but are set to expand after next month’s grand opening.
Epic Eats Cafe certainly lives up to its dramatic name, with a loaded menu of build-your-own pizzas, stacked burgers, home cut kettle chips and fries, and speciality items like its Philly cheesesteak mac and cheese. And if you prefer lighter options, this new Palmetto spot also offers salads and wraps.
This grand opening party on March 1 takes place from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
