Want to stock up on some custom holiday-themed sweets? Wandering Whisk is loading up the display case and opening its doors from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, December 14 for a Christmas pop-up event.
Beware, the bakeshop sold-out in under three hours during its inaugural popup in October. Whether you are grabbing them as a sweet treat for a loved one, or just need to freshen up your Instagram feed before chowing down, you better get there early.
The display case is set to be filled with desserts inspired by owner Jennifer Jacobs' time on Food Network's "Holiday Baking Championship" this year, where she crafted a melted snowman cupcake and a Christmas ice cream cake. The menu will be announced closer to the pop-up date.
Can't make the pop-up but are looking for a bakery in town? Jacobs is known for creating custom orders including birthday and wedding cakes among other imaginative treats. By the way, WW plans to launch on-site baking classes in early 2020.
