At 2 p.m. Monday, tortoises, giant lizards and ducks will satisfy their bellies at Austin's Board Shop in Hyde Park, one of the locations where Produce Nation, a discount grab-and-go produce market on wheels, may be found.
The roaming truck, which offers an array of farm-fresh veggies and fruits, parks at three main businesses on both sides of the bay. Throughout the week, a portion of Produce Nation's sales will be donated to Tampa's Croc Encounters, a nonprofit rescue for unwanted reptiles and an educational center.
Patrons may call or text their orders ahead of time, or request a bag on the spot.
